RETURNS

Should you need to return an item, please notify us by email at info@re-workshop.com within 14 days from the day you received the item.

CONDITIONS

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We cannot be held responsible for returned item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

When retuning item(s) please consider;

  • Appropriate and adequate packaging and protection to prevent damage in transit.

  • using a shipping service that provides adequate compensation/insurance equal to or exceeding the total purchase value of the item(s).

  • proof of postage

We regret that any returned item(s) that have not been adequately packed and arrive damaged cannot be refunded.

EXEMPTIONS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Personalised Items

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank or credit card company as it can take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted by them.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We may be able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, our products are very often one-off pieces, which makes ‘like for like’ exchanges tricky.

Therefore, in the first instance please send us an email at info@re-workshop.com. Please include the product details, proof of purchase and we will contact you with the possible exchange options.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The ReWorkshop, 31 Sunnymead Drive, Waterloovile, Hampshire, PO7 6BN, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
