DELIVERY
We aim to despatch your items in 3 to 5 working days of your order and notify you when your item(s) have been sent. Please allow a further 2 to 3 working days for delivery.
DELIVERY AREAS
We are only able to deliver orders to the United Kingdom*.
*I you require delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands please contact us by email (info@re-workshop.com) before placing an order as there may be a surcharge for your area.

TERMS
Whilst we make every effort to deliver Goods within the estimated timescales, delays are, however, occasionally inevitable as they may depend, among other things, on availability of the Goods. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods where the delay is beyond our control.
Please note that delivery may be made in instalments.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver your item(s) we will notify you and where necessary, refund any payment or part payment made for the item(s).
Time for delivery is given as accurately at possible but is not guaranteed. You shall have no right to damages or to cancel the order for failure for any cause to meet any delivery time stated nor shall you be entitled to make, or to purport to make, time for delivery of the essence of the contract.
The date of delivery shall in every case be dependent upon prompt receipt of all necessary information final instructions or approvals from you. Any delays or alternations by the you in design, specifications or quantities required may result in delay in delivery.
Failure by you to take delivery of or to make payment in respect of any one or more instalments of Goods delivered under this contract shall entitle ReWorkshop to treat the whole or part of the contract as repudiated by the you.
We will endeavour to comply with reasonable requests by you for postponement of delivery but shall be under no obligation to do so. Where delivery is postponed otherwise than due to the default by ReWorkshop, you shall pay all costs and expenses, including a reasonable charge for storage and transportation so occasioned and payment for the Goods shall be made in accordance with these conditions.
We shall have the right to make delivery by instalments and in that event each delivery shall stand as a separate contract and failure to make any instalment delivery shall not entitle you to repudiate the whole contract.
Any delivery note or notes presented by or on behalf of The ReWorkshop and/or its carrier must be signed on receipt of the Goods.
